While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, MAG Signature Sound cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service disruptions, customs, natural occurrences, transfers to the local carrier in your country or any air or ground transportation strikes/delays.

Once your delivery has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. All deliveries, when received, will need to be signed for. MAG Signature Sound cannot be held responsible for packages once they are delivered.

Customs and duty fees may apply with international orders. These fees are not charged by MAG Signature Sound, they are a requirement imposed by your country's postal service. MAG Signature Sound is not responsible for paying any custom fees, taxes, or any other charges associated with your package.
