We are not promising to rewrite your track from scratch. We take the MIDI ideas already there and correct or enhance the areas we believe could be stronger. One enhancement can include several related MIDI files where the musical change needs to carry through chords, pads, melody or bass. And if we hear an additional idea that genuinely benefits the track, we may choose to include that too.

Track Insight is typically completed within 5-7 working days from the point your track is successfully submitted.

02 How much does Track Insight cost?

Track Insight is available in three levels: Track Insight — £49, Track Insight + Video — £89, and Track Insight Complete — £129. Each purchase covers one submitted track.

03 What file should I upload?

Upload a WAV or MP3 of the track you want us to review. You do not need to send stems or a project file for the standard Track Insight service.

04 What do I receive?

Every tier includes the full private Track Insight report with timestamped feedback, Production Profile scoring, Strengths & Priorities, Tonal Balance, Musical Effectiveness, practical Recommendations and Overall Direction. The Video tier adds a personalised screen-recorded walkthrough. Complete also includes two bespoke MIDI corrections / enhancements.

05 Who reviews my track?

Every Track Insight is reviewed by Metta & Glyde.

06 Can I access my report again later?

Yes. Your completed Track Insight remains available through your private Track Insight dashboard when you sign in to your MAG Signature Sound customer account.

07 Is Track Insight the same as mastering?

No. Track Insight is a production review and feedback service. We identify the changes we believe would improve the track and explain what we would do next. It does not include mastering.

08 Do you make the changes to my track?

Track Insight and Track Insight + Video are advisory services: we identify the changes we believe would improve the track and explain why. Track Insight Complete also includes two bespoke MIDI corrections / enhancements, where we work with the musical ideas already in your track.

09 What is included with Track Insight + Video?

You receive everything included in the standard Track Insight report, plus a personalised screen-recorded video walkthrough from Metta & Glyde. We play through your track, revisit the key points raised in the review and explain how we think the production could be improved.

10 What are the MIDI corrections / enhancements in Track Insight Complete?

Track Insight Complete includes two focused MIDI corrections or enhancements based on the musical ideas already in your track. That could mean improving notes or phrasing, changing chord or bass movement, strengthening an existing melody, or developing a related part such as a pluck or arp. One enhancement can include several connected MIDI files where the same musical change needs to carry through chords, pads, melody or bass.
