At the heart of Lumina is a three-band dynamics engine that can compress and expand at the same time. Low, mid and high frequencies are shaped independently, while one focused set of controls keeps the process fast, musical and easy to judge.
Use Depth to set the overall amount, then open Fine-Tune only when a band needs more or less. You get the control of multiband processing without the setup, crossover decisions or parameter overload.

What is Lumina designed to be used on?
Lumina can be used on individual sounds, groups, buses and complete mixes. It is particularly effective on kicks, percussion, bass, leads, vocals, pads, pianos, drum buses, instrument groups, mix buses and mastering chains.
How does Lumina differ from a traditional multiband compressor?
Lumina combines compression and expansion across three controlled bands, but removes much of the complexity normally associated with multiband processing. Instead of working through detailed threshold, ratio, attack and release values for every band, you shape the overall response through direct musical controls.
Which plugin formats and operating systems are supported?
Lumina supports macOS and Windows. It is available in VST3 format for macOS and Windows, and AU format for macOS.
How many computers can Lumina be activated on?
Each Lumina licence can be activated on up to three computers.
How is Lumina installed and authorised?
Lumina is installed and authorised through the MAG Installer:
- After purchase, download the correct version for your system.
- Open the MAG Installer.
- Create or sign into your account and authorise your licence.
Do I need an internet connection to use Lumina?
An internet connection is required for installation, registration, authorisation, licence validation, updates and plugin management. Once authorised, Lumina can be used offline in your sessions.
What is your refund policy?
As a digital product, Lumina is not refundable once downloaded. Where required, you will be asked to tick a waiver box acknowledging this before completing your purchase. If you experience a technical issue, please contact our support team and we will do everything we can to resolve it.
