If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have the right to withdraw from (cancel) your purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason. Use the form below to let us know you wish to withdraw. You can also withdraw by emailing us at support@magsignaturesound.com with a clear statement of your decision.

Please note:

• Digital products (all downloads, and Signature MIDI): the right of withdrawal is lost once your download or access has begun, where you agreed to immediate access at checkout.
• Merchandise: you can withdraw within 14 days of receiving your order. After submitting this form, please contact us for the return address — do not send items back before we confirm where to send them.

Services (Loudr Mastering, Signature Melodies, and tuition): once work has begun, the right of withdrawal is lost on completion, and if you withdraw partway through, refunds reflect the work already carried out.
