4.3 Ownership of submitted music
You retain ownership of the music and other creative material you submit.
We do not acquire copyright ownership of your Track Insight submission merely because you upload it to us.
We process Track Materials only as reasonably necessary to provide the service, operate your private access, provide support, protect the service and comply with legal obligations.
5. TRACK INSIGHT AI-ASSISTED SECOND OPINION
5.1 Human review remains primary
Track Insight is a human review service carried out by Metta & Glyde.
We may use an AI-assisted “Second Opinion” internally as an additional private reference during the review process.
The AI system does not replace Metta & Glyde, does not make the final Track Insight assessment and does not automatically determine the customer-facing review.
The final report, feedback, scores, priorities, recommendations, video commentary and MIDI-related decisions are selected, assessed, written, edited or approved by Metta & Glyde.
The final Track Insight is not an AI-generated report.
5.2 What is processed for the Second Opinion
Where Metta & Glyde choose to run the Second Opinion, our current system may:
- read the decoded submitted track in the reviewer workspace;
- calculate technical measurements from the audio;
- create a compressed private analysis copy of the submitted track;
- securely store that analysis copy in our private Track Insight storage;
- send the analysis copy and relevant context to an AI service through an API.
The context sent may include:
- the compressed analysis audio;
- track title;
- artist name;
- duration;
- objective technical measurements calculated by our review system.
The original submitted WAV or MP3 remains the source file used for the human review.
The compressed AI analysis copy is separate and is created only to support the internal Second Opinion workflow.
5.3 AI provider
Our current Track Insight Second Opinion uses the OpenAI API.
OpenAI processes the supplied analysis material in order to return private analytical suggestions to our authorised reviewers.
OpenAI’s handling of API data is governed by its applicable business terms, data-processing terms and privacy documentation.
OpenAI states that data submitted through its API is not used to train or improve its models by default unless the API customer explicitly opts in to data sharing.
We do not use customer Track Insight submissions to train our own AI model.
5.4 How AI output is used
Second Opinion output is internal reviewer material.
It may contain listening observations, possible timestamp checks, production-profile suggestions, strengths, priorities, arrangement observations, technical or musical areas to investigate and possible recommendation ideas.
Metta & Glyde may use, edit, rewrite or ignore any AI suggestion.
AI output is not treated as authoritative and is not automatically published to the customer.
5.5 No solely automated decision about you
The Track Insight Second Opinion does not make a solely automated decision that has a legal or similarly significant effect on the customer.
Human reviewers remain responsible for the Track Insight review and final customer-facing content.
